It is mandatory that manufactures of life rafts have approved and accredited Service Stations for the inspection of Inflatable Salvage Equipment.

In response to this requirement, Brastech, approved its own fully equipped Service Station for the inspection of Self-inflatable Life Rafts  and Inflatable Floating Devices made by Brastech as well as Chinese made Life Rafts accredited by the manufacturer Haining. Thus, maintaining the quality, reliability and traceability of the equipment they supply.

Brastech has accredited Service Stations in the main ports in the Country, registered at the DPC (Directorate of Ports and Coasts) website.

Brastech's Life Rafts Service Stations are certified by the following bodies; Bureau Veritas, DNV, Directorate of Ports and Coasts and Inmetro (Brazilian National Metrology Institute).

The company is certified to overhaul throw-overboard self-inflatable life rafts made by Brastech and Haining as well as the one for deployment by Davit made by Haining.
