THE START

Brastech has served the Oil & Gas Industry since 1972, starting its activities as commercial representatives to Companies linked to the offshore drilling and production, involving sales and services to Petrobras. In 1996, it was the leader in the revitalization of riser buoyancy modules, in which it is a reference. Two years after, the naval segment activities got started, focusing the survival, military and prevention area to fight the oil spilling.

ACTIVITIES

Brastech is specialized in the inspection and repair of drilling risers, telescopic joints and buoyancy modules and in the overhaulin, location and maintenance of life rafts, life boats, rescue boats for service and military. The Company develops processes based in own and international technology. The use of high quality raw material, with manufacturing under a rigorous control, enables the construction and repair of products with a high performance and degree of reliability and safety.The rescue boats are all accredited by the DPC (Port and Coast Directorate/Port Authority), attending the SOLAS/IMO and NORMAM/05 rules.Our technical team counts with more than 200 qualified professionals, prepared to attend the offshore and rescue market. The Company has its head Office in Rio de Janeiro and a Industrial Plant at ZEN – Special business zone, in Rio das Ostras, Brazil.

Manufacturing, Maintenance and Renting of Salvatagem Equipment", located in the Special Business Zone of Rio das Ostras - RJ, is configured as an organization with quality standards that contribute to the execution of its mission, involving in this process all its employees, suppliers and partners, in order to ensure:
